1. About Us

Maison Des Icon is a retailer of limited edition football artwork.
Each print is produced in strictly limited numbers, individually numbered, and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.

2. Products

  • All prints are sold as limited editions
  • Each piece is individually numbered and includes a certificate of authenticity
  • Once a drop sells out, it may not be restocked

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

3. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • A contract is formed once your order is accepted and dispatched
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues)

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout
  • We accept major debit and credit cards and other approved payment methods

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and costs are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs
  • International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

  • You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days (UK/EU)
  • Returned items must be in original condition with certificate of authenticity

7. Limited Edition Nature

Maison Des Icônes prints are collectible works:

  • Availability is strictly limited
  • We do not guarantee replacement of sold-out items
  • Variations may occur due to the nature of the artistic process

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Artwork
  • Images
  • Branding
  • Design

is owned by or licensed to Maison Des Icon and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
