The Prints
What makes Maison Des Icônes prints special?
Each print is released as part of a strictly limited drop — individually numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Once sold out, it’s gone.
Are the prints officially licensed?
Our works are original artistic interpretations created by the artist. They are not official club merchandise unless explicitly stated.
Will you restock sold-out prints?
No. Each drop is produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked.
Do all prints come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes — every print includes a certificate confirming its edition number and authenticity.
Are the prints signed?
Some editions may include a signature. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Ordering
Can I reserve a print before a drop?
No reservations. All prints are sold on a first-come, first-served basis when a drop goes live.
How do I know when new drops are released?
Join our mailing list or follow us on social media for early access and announcements.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with our Returns Policy.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK and selected European countries including Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- UK: Next working day (mainland)
- Europe: 2–4 days depending on country

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my print?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Do I have to return the certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Returns without the certificate cannot be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

How are the prints packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged to protect them in transit, using protective materials suited for artwork.
Will the print look exactly like the images online?
We aim for accuracy, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
