Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maison Des Icônes, every print is part of a strictly limited release — produced in small numbers, individually numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Because of this, we handle returns with care and clarity.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The print must be returned in its original packaging
  • The certificate of authenticity must be included
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns where:

  • The print shows signs of damage or handling
  • The certificate of authenticity is missing
  • The item has been personalised or customised (if applicable)

Due to the collectible nature of our drops, we do not offer exchanges.

Returns Process

  1. Email us at hello@maisondesicones.com with your order number
  2. We will provide return instructions
  3. Securely repackage the item to avoid damage in transit
  4. Send the item back using a tracked service

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographic evidence

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Important Notes on Limited Editions

Maison Des Icon prints are released in limited quantities and may sell out.

If a return is approved:

  • We cannot guarantee availability of the same print for replacement
  • Refunds may be issued instead of exchanges

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider
